Ivan is heading back to his office after lunch when he notices things feel a bit off. He creeps up to the door and peeks into his office to see a vaguely familiar face and slightly more familiar legs in cuban stockings and a black skirt as the rest of the woman noses through his desk. When she tries to open the drawer of his file cabinet, he’s once again glad that stays locked until he needs something. When she tries the other two drawers beneath it (also locked), he figures it’s time to interrupt her investigation. He yanks her arms behind her back before she can react and asks what she’s doing. Before she can stammer out an answer, it clicks – she’s that reporter chick who has been coming around asking questions about Ivan and his boss. It appears he will have to detain her for a while, and pulls a cord loose from his computer to tie her hands behind her back. Betty seems not to mind too much – perhaps she thinks she’s more likely to get info this way, but Ivan’s not planning to let her report anything any time soon. At least she’s quiet, surprisingly so for a reporter; it seems that for once she has nothing to say. Still, better not to take chances. He quickly XXXX her to her knees, grabs another longer cord from his computer, and pulls her legs out from under her so he can secure her legs and knees just to be sure she’s not going anywhere. He asks her what she was looking for, but she claims not to know, that her boss sent her and she doesn’t know why. Of course Ivan doesn’t believe her – why should he? Everything she writes is a lie. But since he’s having a little fun, he offers to show her what’s in that file cabinet, and unlocks it to pull out some nice shiny duct tape and an old, nasty rag they use to dust the furniture. It smells all nice and lemony, but it can’t taste all that good when he crams it into her mouth. Holding it in with one hand while he tears off a few strips of tape with the other, he insures that she can’t spit the cloth out, and now can’t make much noise if she wanted to. That will do for now while he finds out what his boss wants him to do with the nosy little reporter. Betty watches him go a little nervously – she’s certainly going to get a story out of this, but she still has to rely on her boss to get her out of this mess, and she’s not completely sure she trusts him to uphold his part of the deal. He has been acting a little strange lately – maybe he is intimidated by how popular her recent writing is, and wants her out of the way. Either way, it’s probably best if she can get herself out of this situation, just in case. She starts rolling around, pulling one arm, then the other, trying to loosen the cords, but Ivan tied them tighter than she thought, and she’s not making much headway when he comes back. Ivan’s boss is much more generous than Betty’s, and said that he can do whatever he wants with her – isn’t that nice? The first thing he wants to do is see a little more skin, and he unbuttons her white blouse to display a silky white bra – who knew that’s what reporters like her wore under their professional attire. She tries to roll away, but Ivan pulls her back toward him and tugs the bra down under her beautiful boobs. He thinks she has a little too much freedom if she can pull away like that, so he digs in his computer stuff for another short cord to add between her wrists and ankles, limiting her movement to squirms and flexes. She’s definitely not going anywhere now, except for a ride in his truck to someplace he can persuade her to tell him everything she knows. Crap. Betty is screwed now if her boss doesn’t come through. Or maybe not – she tries again with the cords, hoping to discover some weakness she didn’t find before, but that extra cord makes it even more difficult to get any kind of leverage or wiggle room. The most she manages to do is roll around and pull on the hogtie cord, only succeeding in making it tighter. Well, time’s up and Ivan is back. When he throws her over his shoulder, she finds herself thinking bitterly, “The things I do for a story!”.
